Team Overview
Brumos Racing has been a staple in sports car racing for nearly four decades. The team, which fields two Daytona Prototype cars in the Rolex Sports Car Series presented by Crown Royal Cask No. 16, was one of the first teams to campaign the Daytona Prototype when the car was introduced in 2003.The team returns in 2008 fielding the Nos. 58 and 59 Porsche Rileys. David Donohue and Darren Law will drive the No. 58 while JC France and Joao Barbosa will drive the No. 59 fulltime. Five-time Rolex 24 champion Hurley Haywood, who has competed for Brumos since the 1970s, will also drive the No. 59 in the Rolex 24 before stepping out to take a management position within the team.
