Biography

Buford will debut in the 2009 Grand-Am KONI Sports Car Challenge Street Tuner class, driving for RSR Motorsports in a Mini Cooper S.

Personal

Buford will be driving for the same team as Owen Trinkler, who has been his coach since his first day of racing action. He is a junior at Auburn University in Auburn, Ala., with a major at art. Buford was an intern at the Porsche Driving School at Barber Motorsports Park. His career objective is to be a driving instructor during the week and race professionally on the weekends.
